1. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? We aim to deliver all orders within 1 to 3 working days within the UK. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
2. DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY? Yes! We currently offer free standard delivery on all orders – with no minimum order value. This is a limited-time offer.
3. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER? Yes, you may return an item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unworn, in its original condition and has all tags attached. Contact us via our Contact page or by email to arrange your return.
4. DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES? We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return the item for a refund and place a new order.
