RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love every item you order from us. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
RETURNS You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is:
- unworn and unwashed
- in its original condition and packaging
- with all tags attached
To arrange a return, please contact our customer support via the Contact page. We will provide return instructions and support you throughout the process.
Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
EXCHANGES We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, colour or model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you receive an item that is damaged or does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
